Arvinda is calling for your "outdoors" personality to bring you to the rippling waters of The Toccoa River, one of the best trout fishing waters in the state. Guest will have access to approx 1,000 ft of river frontage with an abundance of stocked and wild rainbow trout and brown trout. This condo unit is perfect for a retreat of trout fishing, whitetail deer hunting or for bagging that big turkey gobbler! Although we note the fishing, the condo is beautiful inside with upscale furnishings, hardwood floors, and warm accents throughout.The condo has 2 bedrooms (both queen beds), 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, sun room, well equipped kitchen, large dining room, charcoal grill, gas log fireplace, SAT TV and high-speed internet (sorry, not wireless). The river is just a short walk, easy access and steps down to the water. There are benches around the fire pit where you can roast hot dogs, marshmallows or makes smores. There is an abundance of wildlife that are often seen from the riverbank. Motorcycles are welcome and the condo is paved all the way to the entrance from Hwy 60 and has a covered carport. If you wish to dine out, The Toccoa Riverside Restaurant is minutes away and provides an upscale dining experience at very reasonable prices. Located steps away from the river, this place has excellent food and live music on weekend evenings. Also, the cities of Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Blairsville are all within 25 miles. General stores are located within two miles of either direction of the cabin. The condo is less than a 10 minute drive to Rock Creek WMA or Coopers Creek WMA, with deer hunting, turkey hunting, other great fishing spots, hiking and natural waterfalls! For those who enjoy the outdoors, take a canoe, raft, or tube ride on the beautiful Toccoa River with many put in/take out spots in close proximity. While this unit is a condo, it is a private unit, three units per building. Max of 6 persons. Small dogs are welcome! Nearby attractions include hiking the beautiful trails of North Georgia, biking, Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Scenic Train Rides and the famous Swan Drive In. All of our cabins include linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc... We will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and trash bags. We suggest that you bring your supplies for an extended stay of paper towels, trash bags, charcoal for the grill, and washing powders.
