Arvinda is calling for your "outdoors" personality and invites you to the rippling waters of The Toccoa River, which is a year round trout fishing river. It has both natural and stocked trout and guests have access to approximately 1,000 ft. of river frontage. Georgia freshwater and trout fishing laws apply. This two story unit is perfect for a retreat of trout fishing, whitetail deer hunting or for bagging that big turkey gobbler! Although we note the fishing, the unit is beautiful inside with upscale furnishings, hardwood floors, and warm accents throughout. The master bedroom (king bed) is located downstairs, the upstairs loft and bedroom (both queen beds), 2 1/2 baths, living room, dining room, well equipped kitchen, large dining room, gas grill, gas log fireplace, SAT TV and high-speed internet. The riverbank is a short walk down a well maintained gravel path. There are benches around the riverbank fire pit where you can roast hot dogs, marshmallows or s`mores. There is an abundance of wildlife (birds, chipmunks, rabbits, turkey, and deer) that are often seen from the front porch. The units in River Forest Community are accessed directly from GA 60 (Morganton Highway) via a short well-maintained gravel driveway and each unit has a covered carport. Motorcycles are welcome. If you wish to dine out, The Toccoa Riverside Restaurant is minutes away and provides an upscale dining experience at very reasonable prices. Located steps away from the river, this place has excellent food and live music on weekend evenings. Also, the cities of Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Blairsville are all within 25 miles. Located less than a 10 minute drive to Cooper’s Creek General Store; National Fish Hatchery; Rock Creek WMA and Coopers Creek WMA, with deer hunting, turkey hunting, other great fishing spots, hiking and natural waterfalls! For those who enjoy the outdoors, take a canoe, raft, or tube ride on the beautiful Toccoa River with many put in/take out spots in close proximity. While this unit is a condo, it is a private unit, three units per building. Max of 6 persons. No pets. Nearby attractions include hiking the beautiful trails of North Georgia, biking, Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Scenic Train Rides and the famous Swan Drive In. All of our cabins include linens, dishes, pots, pans, towels, washcloths, etc... We will provide an initial supply of guest soaps, toilet paper, paper towels and trash bags. We suggest that you bring your groceries and other supplies for an extended stay of such as paper towels, trash bags, charcoal for the grill, and washing powders.

I called in with several questions before our trip and always dealt with friendly, knowledgeable staff. We even received a courtesy call as we were driving up from FL that the cabin would be ready for early check-in if we wanted to take advantage of it.Property
