There is a pool table and air hockey for your entertainment. The river is just a short walk, easy access and steps down to the water. There are benches around the fire pit where you can roast hot dogs, marshmallows or makes smores. There is an abundance of wildlife that are often seen from the riverbank or the porch. Motorcycles are welcome and the condo is paved all the way to the entrance from Hwy 60 and has a covered carport. The hot tub is on the covered back porch, where there is also a small table and chairs perfect for enjoying your morning coffee or outdoor dining! If you wish to dine out, The Toccoa Riverside Restaurant is minutes away and provides an upscale dining experience at very reasonable prices. Located on the Toccoa River, this place has excellent food and live music on weekend evenings. Also, the cities of Blue Ridge, Dahlonega, and Blairsville are all within 25 miles. General stores are located within two miles of either direction of the cabin. The condo is less than a 10 minute drive to Rock Creek WMA or Coopers Creek WMA, with deer hunting, turkey hunting, other great fishing spots, hiking and natural waterfalls! For those who enjoy the outdoors, take a canoe, raft, or tube ride on the beautiful Toccoa River with many put in/take out spots in close proximity. While this unit is a condo, it is a private unit, three units per building. Max of 6 persons. Small dogs are welcome! Nearby attractions include hiking the beautiful trails of North Georgia, biking, Antique Shopping, White Water Rafting, Horseback Riding, Scenic Train Rides and the famous Swan Drive In.
